Access control, on site or in the industry of external personnel, must be protected to prevent access by unauthorized personnel.SIKURO Ci Sono is the application that allows supervisors to stamp or check employee documentation easily from their smartphone, through NFC Mifare badges or badges with QR codes which will be generated directly from our portal, so as to detect and access only authorized personnel.By stamping, the app sends the related data to the Sikuro portal, which allows the authorization or non-authorization of access in real time.The connection with the SIKURO portal allows you to check the validity and expiration of all documents, both company documents and those of the same worker and to forward the list of authorized personnel and any denied stamping to any e-mail address.In case of connection failure, the data is saved on the device and sent as soon as the internet connection becomes available.The service consists of two components:• The application, which allows you to check attendance, documents, medical suitability and training certificates that guarantee the worker is authorized to enter the site;• A dedicated web portal, which allows the management of documentation, company personnel and related stampings in a simple and fast way accessible from any device.The app can only be consulted via an Android smartphone, while the portal can be reached from any device connected to the network and equipped with any web browser.The data of company employees and bookings are securely historicized through the most sophisticated cloud services protected by complex infrastructures to guarantee the non-disclosure of sensitive data.The application can be used in the management of small construction sites or during the access of subcontractors for maintenance activities within the industry.THERE ARE, access control in SIKURO way.
